concluding special sem

I had a great 6 weeks, of having a more than decent start to my NUS education and in particular USP. i got all the modules that i wanted, so i have no complains. i loved almost every bit of this special sem. There were so many unexpected surprises, such as how unpleasant peopl can get, and how suprises can suddenly arise, and so many at one time. a quiet girl in class transforms into a brilliant presenter, and ends up trying to evangelize people in, of all things, FLG... not to ostracize her or anything, but those two surprises coming in such short intervals is simply too much to bear. and to hear of other people bitching about capitalism and saying everything bad about it yet declaring themselves as material girl - thats just too much for me to bear. seems that USP is not just full of surprising people, it is also full of people who still can't really go beyond themselves... which is sad.

i want to thank God for a few things. I found a book that i had misplaced, and i found the cheque i was looking for this past week, in of all places, a compartment of my laptop case i barely use. haha... thank God!
