31st may 2007 - lazy day

today, nothing much was done. i just stayed at home and continued going through books. but i need to get new notebooks again. i did a bit of mental calculation. assume i wrote 250 words per page, and the average notebook has about 150 pages, and i have about 10 notebooks already, how many words have i written already? the answer, ~375,000 words? .... and yet the use of these words are nothing. my words are nothing, my thoughts are nothing. arh well. haha.

i just encountered a book which i think i will most probably get. its by carl sagan and its called 'varieties of scientific experience'. honestly, i don't know why i'm so interested at the intersection of science and religion. i really have no idea why. but oh dear. i'll be busting my bank account again, as usual. even the privilege card can't help me a lot.

arh well. why am i such a sucker for books?
