the last day at CITI - 7th march 2007
today i'm fully maximising the capability of my N73 handphone, and shot a couple of videos, mostly starting jay and weiyang. but whatever. hope the day can be fun, a nice way to end our stay here.
anyway, the real point of this was to do a review of the entire course at citi, what have i learnt, what were the important things, etc. and so here it goes.
1. i learnt some basic construction skills, which i can utilize in overseas community work building basic infrastructure for remote villages.
2. i met some really cool people and got to know them better, such as charles, jay, alvin, hou zhong, jeremy, eugene 'starz', chester. and where i first started working with victor seriously about his a'levels.
3. where it allowed me a chance to grow spiritually, especially during THAT week of sanctification, where i managed to cement my relationship with cell and cell leader, because of the evenings off and the proximity to bishan where we had cell.
4. with the people i met, i even managed to start a little prayer meeting starting with charles, jay and jeremy, where i'm beginning to grasp the principles of leadership.
all of these things are things to thank God for. things have started, and though i will be moving to seletar, where there will be further challenges, as well as being back in jurong camp. but no matter these challenges, i believe that these things can be surmounted, and there will be further victories and breakthroughs in my life yet in jurong camp, no matter how dreary or bleak things may seem. so yeah. praise to God for all things!
