GE orders several thousands of electric vehicles...
Let me put it this way, a lot of times, democracy in America gets bogged down due to parties with conflicting interests who are unwilling to compromise, or need a long time to reach that compromise. Then again, when the whole country moves, things inevitably get done. Perhaps this GE thing will be the start of the move.
To think of it, it does make a lot of sense, actually.
